He drove IssuerDirect [NYSE:ISDR] (f/k/a WILink plc) to IPO and established a platform upon which four additional acquisitions were added. He successfully led the interactive lead-generating advertising firm ThinkAcquisition to exit. Ari engineered the management buy-out of Placeable with private equity financial support, and later successfully sold the company to Ignite Technologies. As General Manager for LookSmart [NYSE: LOOK], Ari grew the paid search platform that was responsible for $250 million in revenue; and as the President of InfoNow-LocationInsight, Ari automated local search management. Ari introduced first-party ad serving at MatchLogic; and was a founder of Zacks.com, where he launched the first ad-supported financial web site, pioneering the online advertising industry. Ari is recognized by national publications as a true beacon for talent.

Mark is a visionary technical leader with decades of experience driving innovation and shipping cutting edge product. Expertise in emerging tech, patenting innovations in various software domains including games, communication, AI, and cybersecurity. As well as founding several technology startups, Mark has been CTO at Electronic Arts Inc. where his responsibilities spanned online, mobile and web; Virgin Gaming where he led the head-to-head skill gaming technology rollout and VR-1 Inc., an early leader in Massively Multiplayer Online games that leveraged the communication protocols Mark invented to publish the earliest MMO games for some of the world’s largest companies, including Microsoft and Sony.​

In prior roles, Jeff worked for more than 14 years with PwC Consulting, advising large multi-national corporations with revenues ranging from $500M to $50B+ on M&A, strategy, operations, risk, and compliance. In prior roles at PwC, he has advised Walmart, AT&T, and HP on innovation and process improvement. Christian has keynoted at the World Economic Forum, S&P Global Platts and the Blockchain Economic Forum. He’s a guest lecturer at Cornell University and has authored a foundational book entitled “Blockchain and Made in Italy.” Christian has an MBA from Cornell University.

With over 6 years of experience engineering web-based software solutions, Henrique has created more than 15 products from zero to one solutions. Through these experiences Henrique has developed a keen sense of leadership skills. He also has years of experience on teams that use Agile and SCRUM based techniques to manage teams of engineers. He founded the Huang Scholars Program at UC Berkeley, providing students with intensive Chinese language instruction. Currently, he is a Visiting Lecturer at UC Berkeley.

Matteo Dolci is an investor who specializes in M&A, turnaround, and strategy.
